His expertise spans hotel pre-opening strategies, revenue optimization, sales team development, and key account management. He has led multi-property sales strategies in Turkey and spearheaded successful hotel launches in both city and resort destinations. With an academic background  International Hospitality & Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University in the U.S. and professional experience across Turkey and the Middle East, Kaan brings both global perspective and local know-how.
